Refund Policy

At Ready-Aim-Settle, we understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness and to respect everyone’s time, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy for mediation services:

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will not incur a fee.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a $100 fee (equivalent to ½ hour of service).

• Same-day cancellations (on the day of the session) will incur a $200 fee (equivalent to 2 hours of service).

Refunds:

• Payments made for completed mediation sessions are non-refundable, as the time and expertise have already been provided.

Rescheduling:

• We are happy to work with you to reschedule your session, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.
