Service Description
Diane Hernandez, Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator, brings over 30 years of legal experience to help individuals and professionals reach fair, mutually beneficial agreements. Her calm, strategic approach helps reduce the need for litigation by guiding parties toward resolution with focus, empathy, and expertise. Rate: $275 per hour (2-hour minimum)
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $100 fee. Same-day cancellations will be charged a $200 fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
